New customer ALL set up all good but I'm only getting half the wifi speed that I pay for wired is good but not wifi Two tech could not figure it out I even switched out routers any suggestions

Switched to you guys 3 years ago. Best thing I ever did. And the switch was seamless. Unplugged the old modem from my old overpriced Big ISP , plugged in my Start router and online inside of 5 minutes! Great service still and no complaints!

I have rogers Ignite, the wi-fi sucks, the route/modem sits in our front room, which is next to our kitchen, and standing in the Kitchen, my wife's phone does not often hook to our wi-fi.
